Last Thursday, we decided to mix things up. Instead of our usual running routine, we took a 2.5-hour drive from Pristina to the stunning Belegu Pass. Once we arrived at our starting point, we embarked on a short yet rewarding hike to Rops Peak (Maja Rupes), standing tall at 2,502 meters. The weather was perfect, with clear skies and the sun beginning to set, casting a golden glow over the landscape.

From the peak, we were treated to panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, including Gjeravica, Three Border Peak, and the iconic Peaks of the Balkans trail. The scenery was nothing short of breathtaking, making our spontaneous adventure even more special. Sometimes, the best memories come from the unplanned moments, and this beautiful day in the mountains will definitely be one to remember.
